Abstract

Background: This study aims to assess HSE dep. Performance in 400 Maroon Gas & liquid Gas plant using balanced scorecard method during 2016-2017. The research area is in 70th km of Ahvaz to Omidieh, by Maroon 3 Complex.
Methods and Material: Statistical community of this research consisted of all factory staff of over 1800 employees, and customer plants, and statistical sample of 35 employees of the plant, and 35 employees of the customer plants. To identify and analyze the status quo, first we need to identify the plant and its goals using the BSC method; then we identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of plant using SWOT method; and finally we analyze them by QSPM Method.
Results: Results of these matrices showed that external factors have a greater impact on the status quo and conditions. Research strategies are aimed at improving the performance of the plant in terms of equipment and the quality of the activities of employees, such as increasing training courses, employing experts in this field and improving device safety.
